"The pool was closed. The main reason we choose the hotel was for the pool for my kids. We should have been told that the pool was closed. There was no shampoo. That didn't end up being a problem because there were no towels to shower with. The bed was very hard and 1 of our three pillows really sucked. The evening front desk clerk seemed to have an attitude and not friendly at all. The day clerk was very nice though."
